Burning pages in pearly towers
The mantis eagerly lie in wait
Ashes descend into mouth of men
Touched by divine madness
Slithering tongues of fire
Crowning the skull of the corporeal
Alethea; the veil has been lifted
Seraphs become larvae
Crawling in mud, devouring
Dawn become dusk
Sun become moon
Soil lifted into high heaven
Becoming of Man
From clay and unto rotten earth
Hierophants become agents of amentia
Ophidian worship by lofty prophets
Becoming of Man
Abyss of obscene principles
Writhing, grotesque cosmos
Thousand eyes in each molecule
Staring into the souls of the condemned
Evening star has faded

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it.
That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten

This is the most personally appealing piece of music I have run into in a long time - from the beautiful lyrics and art and the crushing, non pretentious gorgeous heavy music. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, crushing - are there are other words? Gorgeous, exquisite.... sock4never

US Black / Death Metal. Another brain child of the extremely talented artist Naas Alcameth. This is seriously good destroys anything in its way! The music goes from BM blasts all the way to a near funeral doom with a ton of atmosphere & back again. The entire thing is haunting as hell from the first to the last note. I think it is time for a new album! It has been six years already... :) Highly recommended!!! bmurator
Channeling philosophical quandaries into cavernous death metal, the Australian trio turn modern power struggles into an aural advantage. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 13, 2022

This whole album is flawless. This is music for walking in the rain and letting your thoughts run. It's not just a collection of songs, but an actual album. yakbone
