Singer/guitarist Costin Chioreanu about "The Skeleton Key":
"This is the first track we ever composed as a band, is the opening track of our debut release, so we decided to start with the very beginning. Ideologically speaking, "The Skeleton Key" is the key capable of opening any lock regardless of make or type. Its skeletal structure can bypass all locks. So, it's a kind of invitation to go deeper and deeper inside yourself, until you find the essence. As closer to the essence you get, as pure the result is. And only that purity can act as the skeleton key."
lyrics
Trapped, in the mirror of wind
A fairy cold answer lays signed
Frozen, one with the sea of faith,
Divides the islands of past in silence.
I cannot breath through my eyes
I cannot see
I cannot find through my words
The skeleton key
Sunk, on the bottom of red
A primal dead sin keeps time.
Absent, the regular crime,
Submerges the children of clock in vain
I cannot breath through my eyes
I cannot see
I cannot find through my words
The skeleton key
Who let my dreams come out?
Who let my fears come out?

Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann

I dig this album so much, definitely a keeper. Subtly and masterfully mixing death metal subgenres, backed with an over the top production. They're true professionals. Can't wait for their next release! doive
