lyrics
Eyes expand
Opening doors of Mal
Eyelids and glands
Flicker putrid visions
The limbs bend
Into shapes of the unfathomable
Feeling the dread
Creating visions of the unimaginable
Wider and wider
Protruding into thy Pylar
Sickness fills the membranes
Making something beautiful
Higher and higher
Brain explorer
Triggering new depths
Presenting something pitiful
Fester, pester, destroying everything
All that you can muster, utter, mutters
Words that you cannot even say
[Speaking in tongues]
You were made by the tomb
The creation of multiple grotesque processes
This is the continuation of your metamorphosis
Your metamorphosis
Will you transcend the borders of your own mind fuck
Can you even crawl like a bug slathered in muck
You were made by the tomb
The creation of multiple grotesque processes
This is the continuation of your metamorphosis
Wider and wider
Protruding into thy Pylar
Sickness fills the membranes
Making something beautiful
Higher and higher
Brain explorer
Triggering new depths
Presenting something pitiful

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal

Extremely inventive and multifaceted sci-fi prog death, just like iridescent ethereal world on the cover art. Best band's achievement up to date. And easily in 2023 AOTY list Dmitry Nevozhay

Sounds like Cthulhu going on a Benadryl and bath-salts fueled rampage through a Guitar Center while a bunch of the fish people from Innsmouth gang bang in the background.
The guys from Ulthar sound more focused this time around, compared to the more meandering bits of Helionomicon (which is also awesome, check it out). And the album art... holy hell. Ghuughra
