lyrics
Let the strobing obsidian hole
Invite that escapes within
For inside this magnanimous magma
Lies a dear and close red veil that disorients all men
Thin-skinned traitors amongst our kind
Our gladly lead into these precarious red mines
Ah, yes, this plenum shall swallow up
the deepest, weakest and foulest of us
Thin-skinned traitors amongst our kind…
Enter Our Mines
Ah, Yes, up…
The Deepest weakest and foulest of us
Fetid foul upon Sullied Jowls
Endlessly propagate!
We send gifts from afar
Now, Giant Red Tomb Agitate!
Delivery Transcend:
We whiff the claustrophobic smoke
Grandiosity perfumes:
We blend with putrid & looming fumes
Of heinous edges that ensnare so sharp
With Encrusted loins of venom scattered askew
Ye! A ripe mine
A most nefarious assuming Tomb
Of heinous edges that ensnare so sharp
With Encrusted loins of venom scattered askew
Ye! A ripe mine
This is our Maat Mons’ Tomb
Wretched fellows:
We guide to the despicable & malodorous tomb

Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf

Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it.
That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten
