lyrics
Condamned to the night’s path
For this trait of exsistence
Torn apart
Corroded by doubt
Hopeless is the attempt to free oneself
From the slavery of the will
Like fighting the master by serving him
When the disease is change
Then try to change the change
It is unsuspecting for the mortal
To know the origin for which
Wrath and rejection enshroud the isolated earth
Like fighting the master by serving him
When the disease is change
Then try to change the change

Extremely inventive and multifaceted sci-fi prog death, just like iridescent ethereal world on the cover art. Best band's achievement up to date. And easily in 2023 AOTY list Dmitry Nevozhay

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu

Sounds like Cthulhu going on a Benadryl and bath-salts fueled rampage through a Guitar Center while a bunch of the fish people from Innsmouth gang bang in the background.
The guys from Ulthar sound more focused this time around, compared to the more meandering bits of Helionomicon (which is also awesome, check it out). And the album art... holy hell. Ghuughra
